Infrared aerial photo is photography taken of the ground from a distance object in the air, such as a satellite, aircraft, rocket, balloon, etc. This photo was taken of Town of Massena, NY. Although the use of the photo wasn't clear, I believe it was used for land use, zoning, or environmental use.
